To qualify for the Master Instructor badge, an instructor must serve two years as a technical training instructor, have an associate or higher degree, complete a minimum of 250 hours of classroom training in three courses from a specific list and achieve an overall rating of excellent or higher on his/her last three instructor evaluations.
